These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Elative Solutions OU ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of karolinablaszkiewicz.com, the Karolina's Activations members app at app.karolinab.com and in the App Store and Google Play versions (the "App"), and all services, programmes, events, and content available through them (collectively the "Site" and "Services"). By accessing the Site or the App or purchasing any Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the App.
Elative Solutions OU operates the Site on behalf of Karolina Blaszkiewicz and offers spiritual and energetic services including but not limited to:
Important. All services offered through this Site are spiritual and energetic in nature. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment. Nothing on this Site constitutes a diagnosis, medical advice, prescription, cure, or guarantee of any specific outcome. The services are not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care. If you have a health concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Spiritual and energetic work is highly personal. Results vary between individuals. We make no guarantee, express or implied, that you will experience any particular outcome, shift, healing, or transformation as a result of using any Service. Testimonials and client experiences shared on the Site are personal and individual; they are not a promise of what you will experience.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in any paid Service. By purchasing you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Certain Services require you to provide your name and email address through a form or checkout. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity under your account.
The App signs you in with a one-time code sent to your email address. One account is for one person; do not share your sign-in code or let others use your account. You can delete your account at any time in the App under Settings, "Delete my account". Deleting removes your login, progress, access and circle messages and cannot be undone.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are displayed at the point of purchase and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Some services (for example the Activations membership) are offered on a recurring basis. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on the stated billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing [email protected].
Due to the digital and personal nature of energetic and spiritual work, all purchases are generally non-refundable once access to content or a live session has been granted. If you believe you have a genuine exceptional circumstance, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected] and we will review your request at our sole discretion. Any decision to issue a refund in one instance does not create an obligation to do so in future cases.
All content on the Site including text, images, video recordings, audio recordings, graphics, programme materials, and the overall design is owned by or licensed to Elative Solutions OU and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may access and view content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, record, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent. This includes recordings or transcriptions of live sessions.

The App includes a members circle and direct messages to Karolina. Content you post there ("Your Content") stays yours. By posting it you give Elative Solutions OU a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and moderate it inside the Services so that other members can see it. You are responsible for what you post.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. In the circle you agree not to post anything that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, unlawful, or that promotes self-harm, spam, scams or commercial offers, and not to share another person's private information or content. You also agree not to use the circle for medical, psychiatric or crisis advice; if you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
Every message carries a Report option. We review reports promptly, usually within 24 hours, and we remove content that breaks these rules and may mute or remove the member who posted it without notice. Staff may also remove any content or member at our discretion to keep the circle safe. To report a concern outside the App, email [email protected].
The App is a members area for content and services bought on the Site. The App itself sells nothing and contains no in-app purchase. Access in the App reflects what your account has purchased or been granted on the Site, for the period of that purchase or membership.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to that store's terms. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms, have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App, and are not responsible for the App, its content or any claim relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
We may update, suspend or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. The App needs an internet connection and a supported device.
Forms, email communications, and some checkout flows on this Site are powered by GoHighLevel (GHL), a third-party CRM and marketing platform. By submitting a form or making a purchase through GHL-powered pages, you acknowledge that certain data is processed within GHL's infrastructure. GHL operates servers in the United States; data transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses under GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elative Solutions OU and Karolina Blaszkiewicz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, the App or Services, including any decisions you make based on content or sessions received.
THE SITE, THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Elative Solutions OU and Karolina Blaszkiewicz from any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices and their inclusion does not constitute endorsement. We recommend reading their terms and privacy policies before providing any personal information.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms; the "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, the App or Services if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we determine, at our sole discretion, to be harmful to the community or to the operation of the Services. We will not be liable to you for such termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the competent courts of Estonia or, where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction, in your local courts.
If you are an EU consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory rights under the law of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Elative Solutions OU regarding the Site and Services.
