Some services (for example the 10 Days of Activation continuity subscription) are offered on a recurring basis. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on the stated billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing [email protected].
Due to the digital and personal nature of energetic and spiritual work, all purchases are generally non-refundable once access to content or a live session has been granted. If you believe you have a genuine exceptional circumstance, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected] and we will review your request at our sole discretion. Any decision to issue a refund in one instance does not create an obligation to do so in future cases.
All content on the Site including text, images, video recordings, audio recordings, graphics, programme materials, and the overall design is owned by or licensed to Elative Solutions OU and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may access and view content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, record, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent. This includes recordings or transcriptions of live sessions.
