When Rest Does Not Fix the Tiredness
Chronic exhaustion in women is one of the most searched health topics globally. The conventional explanations are real and should always be investigated. But they do not explain why so many women address all of these things and still feel persistently, deeply drained.
In over ten years as an energy healer and inner work specialist, having conducted thousands of individual sessions and energetic field scans for hundreds of women, I have found a consistent pattern that conventional medicine does not examine: the energetic field.
Cause One: Absorbing Other People's Energy
Sensitive and empathic women are unconsciously absorbing the emotional and energetic content of those around them. A partner's unprocessed stress, a child's anxiety, a colleague's suppressed anger: all of it lands in the sensitive woman's field and accumulates there.
Without training in how to release this absorbed energy, her field becomes overloaded. The system's response to overload is shutdown: experienced as exhaustion, flatness, low motivation, and the persistent sense of going through the motions without really being present.
When the energy that belongs to others is cleared, and when everything the woman has unconsciously given away is returned to her, the change in energy can be dramatic and fast.
Cause Two: Energetic Cords, Ties and Entanglements
Energetic cords form through significant emotional experiences: relationships, conflict, trauma, dependency. A woman can leave a relationship physically and remain energetically entangled with that person years later. The cord continues to drain her energy and influence her emotional state long after the relationship has ended.
Clearing these cords, ties and entanglements, and calling back the energy and power that has been given or taken, is one of the most immediately noticeable interventions in field clearing work.
Cause Three: Field Damage and Energy Leaks
The energetic field can sustain damage through trauma, surgery, shock, or sustained stress. When there are openings in the field, energy leaks continuously. This manifests as relationships that deteriorate without obvious cause, businesses that lose momentum, money that drains away, and a persistent sense that things are going slightly wrong regardless of effort.
Cause Four: Soul Contracts and Childhood Imprints
Many chronically exhausted women are carrying energies connected to their family of origin: soul contracts formed with parents or grandparents that are still running through the field. These manifest as an inability to be seen, a compulsion to shrink, difficulty asking for what one needs, and a persistent sense that it is not safe to be fully oneself.
Cause Five: Soul Fragmentation
Soul fragmentation is the deepest and often most significant cause of chronic exhaustion and disconnection. When a person experiences significant shock, trauma, surgery, or abuse, parts of the soul can fragment and become inaccessible.
The consequence is a persistent sense of emptiness, of not being whole, of moving through life without ever feeling fully present. Soul retrieval, the process of locating and returning these fragmented parts, produces some of the most profound shifts I observe in clinical practice.
You cannot feel whole when parts of you are somewhere else. Soul retrieval is the most practical work I do.
What Becomes Possible When the Field Is Clear
Women who complete this work describe leaving situations that were draining them, finding communities where they belong, entering relationships that feel genuinely healthy, and experiencing a quality of aliveness and direction that feels like remembering who they actually are. Not because they tried harder. Because what was filling their field and taking their energy was finally gone.
