What happens next

From that moment your session is in Karolina's hands and there is nothing else to do.

II.

She works, you rest

Within seven days Karolina runs your full session on your field and your home. You may feel warmth, tingling, deep sleep or emotion moving. Or nothing in the moment. All of it is normal.

III.

You hear from her

When it is complete, Karolina emails you a short personal note on what she worked on. Drink water and keep the days after it gentle.
